You may request to cancel an order before it is packed or dispatched. Once preparation or delivery has started, cancellation may not be possible; contact support as soon as possible.

Fresh and perishable items may have limited cancellation windows. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible based on order status.

If a cancellation is accepted, refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
